Personal Injury Liar, er, Lawyer John Edwards Indicted

Former presidential candidate, vice-presidential nominee, U.S. senator and personal injury lawyer John Edwards was indicted today, reports the Washington Post, and tort reformers everywhere will, if they’re candid, admit to being pleased.  Their only regret is that Edwards’ former trial  lawyer colleague and co-conspirator Fred Baron isn’t alive to face charges of election law violations, too.
