ATRA Keeps Heat on California Courts
Having all but telegraphed its intent, in light of ongoing reforms in Philadelphia, to name California as the new #1 Judicial Hellholes jurisdiction this coming December, ATRA is keeping the heat on courts and judges in the once Golden State.
ATRA director of communications director Darren McKinney strikes the latest blow with a his letter to the editor in today’s Wall Street Journal. He chides California judges for whining about pending court budget cuts, spelling out their culpability in the state’s ongoing fiscal crisis.
Three weeks ago, ATRA president Tiger Joyce’s Journal letter took California lawmakers to task for dragging their feet on commonsense disability access lawsuit reforms that are needed to protect small businesses from unscupulous shysters.
